Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Citepack collects. Citepack is operated by Anatoly Skuba, a sole proprietor.

1. Information we collect

• account and billing details collected by Paddle at checkout, such as name, email, and payment information (card details are handled by Paddle, not stored on this website);
• property addresses, property-manager name, and building-owner name you submit so we can build packets;
• support emails you send;
• basic technical logs needed to operate the site, such as IP address and browser data.

2. How we use it

• to take payment and run the subscription through Paddle;
• to query NYC Housing Maintenance Code records and produce the owner packet;
• to send the packet and service messages to you;
• to prevent abuse and to keep records required by law.

3. Processors

Paddle is the merchant of record and processes payments, tax, and related billing data under its own policies. Hosting and DNS providers process requests needed to serve this website. NYC open-data systems receive the addresses we look up.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information with Paddle, hosting providers, and authorities when required by law. The packet is generated for you to send to the building owner; we do not mail it to the owner unless you ask us to.

5. Retention

We keep subscription, address, and packet records for as long as needed to provide the service, handle refunds, and meet accounting or legal duties. You may ask us to delete data we control, except where we must keep it.

6. Your choices

Email anatoly.skuba@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we reasonably control, or to cancel product email.

7. Security

We use HTTPS and ordinary administrative measures. No website can promise perfect security.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated. The version on this page applies going forward.
