Refund Policy

This policy covers the paid Citepack subscription operated by Anatoly Skuba. Payments are processed by Paddle, the merchant of record.

1. First charge

You may request a full refund of the first monthly charge within 14 days of that charge.

2. Renewals

Later monthly renewals are not refunded automatically once processed. Accidental duplicate charges and unintended renewals are reviewed in good faith. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid another charge. After cancel, access continues to the end of the period already paid unless checkout said otherwise.

3. How to request a refund

Email anatoly.skuba@gmail.com from the address used at checkout. Include that email, the Paddle transaction or subscription id if you have it, and a short description.

4. How refunds are paid

Refunds are processed through Paddle and return to the original payment method on Paddle’s timeline.

5. Abuse and legal rights

Refunds may be refused in cases of fraud, abuse, or misuse. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer-protection rights.

6. Changes

This policy may be updated. The version on this page applies going forward.
